Desert Quest >> attribute points??

I'm at Aubury Rock in the desert, working towards ascention. Is there a quest in the desert that gives you more att points, Im lvl 20 already.....If so who gives it and what town.........Thanx

Yes, there is a quest in the desert that gives you 15 more attribute points.
I heard it's been changed since when I did it though, so I don't know where or how you get it anymore. It's called Forgotten Wisdom.

OK first go to Destiny's Gorge and get the Forgotten Ones quest,


Then go to Sariss Yassith at the end of the quest in Skyward Reach to get reward for it, and pick up Forgotten Wisdom quest. Then head south to the arid sea. The end point (Siliss Yassith) in Forgotten Wisdom will grant you the 15 extra attrib points. Here is the SS for the second part, but if you get the first from Destiny's Gorge, you can see where to go from this map as well. I normally map to Dunes to get to the end of the quest easier, less creatures to fight on the way through the Arid Sea from the south.

There is another 15 attribute quest. Talk to Vanyi in Droknar's Forge, she'll get you to seek out her sister Sanyi in the Frozen Forest. Useful tip: she's right outside a town, I suggest going in there first to get rid of DP.
I haven't been able to finish that quest, actually. My party always gets wasted too many times on the way to where Sanyi then leads you, and doesn't transform as she is supposed to.
I won't say anymore to spoil it... I'll just go off and rant on my own about the 15 attribute points I should have had a while ago.

ok I have gotten to the desert quest. i went to go to Sliss and I cannot get up the moutain. I follow the yellow line on the map posted above but there is a chasm there that I cannot cross. Do I need to be ascended before I can cross this gap? what do i need to do?

there is an odd destroyed bridge that looks like you cannot cross but you can. try that

How do you figure out the skill number cap? I also don't remember doing this quest yet I can't get her to give it to me and my map section for that area is still fogged.

I have not completed either but will try asap.
