WTB Sword 15% over 50% health, or always

WTB a sword that is MAX DMG, 15%(While health is above 50%) or 15% always (-10 armor while attacking): it must be a flamberge, butterfly/wingblade, or ~~~~fiery dragon sword~~~~ <prefered
