i am not sure not sure if you know, you might, but just wanna be a pure build, but you can have a primary class and a secondary clas, so you could be a mesmer/necro or something
but if you already know and just wanna be a pure that works to

ya dont pull his leg, its made out of wood and it might break j/k
i think your necro build will be lacking energy reserves once you get into battle.
no soul reaping.

i know you don't like secondary classes, but if i was u i would get rid of one of your attribute sets and the touch skills, as your necro doesnt seem to have the backup to survive in melee. I would suggest having maybe a secondary monk and using healing skills in there? an alternative would be to take Elementalist Primary, use the exact same attributes you have there but throw a few points into energy storage. this would mean you don't have the serious energy issues your build would have without offering so you can afford to switch to another elite, such as Feast of Corruption (i like it if you have mesmer friends) or Life Transfer (megaboosted Life Siphon)

well against 1 meleer gaze and touch would be enough i think. i've replaced malaise with a well that gives +5 health regen. since i've gotten rid of curses and put 12(10+2) into soul reaping i think i will have enough energy. i've considered using life transfer but someone said people just un-hex them so quick it's not worth it.
what's wrong with the touch skills? just wondering.

the problem with touch skills is just that, you have to approach a character and touch them in order for it to work.
with the relatively low armor of the necromancer, as with all casters, depending on who you're going after, ie warrior, it might not be that good of an idea. For example, you could replace touch of agony with Dark Pact (sacrifice 10%, 10-40 damage, 5,1,2), sure you sacrifice a little the extra 10 max damage but you ensure a greater survivability. not to mention you'll already be losing life due to sacrificing, so approaching a warrior or even an elementalist (i'm thinking fire with close range spells like inferno) might be a little hard survival wise.
Life transfer is nice and while there is a problem with people unhexing, you could just make sure to have Mark of Subversion handy (For 4-9 seconds, the next time target foe casts a spell on an ally, the spell fails and you steal 10-76 health from that foe. 25,1,20). While the energy cost is a little steep, if you do have points into soul reaping which would help. Also instead of Well of Blood (the +5 health regen one you seem to have now) you might want to consider Well of Power (For 8-18 seconds, allies within 39' of the Well of Power gain health regeneration of 1-3 and energy regeneration of 2. 15,3,15). While there is a longer recharge time and you also sacrifice 2 pips of health regen, you would be gaining 2 pips of energy regen (basically 6 hp/sec and 4 energy/sec). Which would help power Vampric Gaze.
I would recommend dropping Vampiric Touch b/c of the high energy cost (15 is pretty high). Since if you have Mark of Subversion handy to interrupt any hex removal spells ( and also stealing a good amount of health), Life Transfer would be a valid skill to have (after all refilling your life with 14 hp/sec while damaging the opponent the same is quite nice. After 11 seconds you would have gained 154 hp). Don't forget that if you adventure with a party, your team mates could also help you interrupt any hex removal spells.
Just a couple of suggestions you might want to consider. Also are you going for more of a anti-warrior or anti-caster necro? You might want to focus on one to sharpen your skill selection.

well i edited my build, thought i already had. i removed curses and placed some points into soul reaping for the energy. i already have dark pact and since this is a dark aura build i added the touch skills.
i'm aiming for anti-warriors and it's true my armor is pretty low but i hope i'll be able to take a good amount of hits before i die with gaze/touch/well/siphon. since i have soul reaping i *could* remove offering of blood for life transfer.
