1) Channeling (availability) - (5,1,15) For 33 seconds, whenever you cast a spell, you steal 1 energy from each nearby foe.
2) Shadow Strike (availability) - (10,2,8) Target foe takes 46 shadow damage. If that foe's health is above 50%, you steal 46 health.
3) Barbed Signet (availability) - (0,2,30) Sacrifice 10% max health. You steal 58 health from target foe.
4) Soul Leech (availability) (elite) - (10,2,15) For 10 seconds, whenever target foe casts a spell you steal 76 health from that foe. This is an elite skill.
5) Vampiric Gaze (availability) - (10,1,5) Steal 58 health from target foe.
6) Unholy Feast (availability) - (15,1,30) Steal 38 health from each nearby foe.
7) Vampiric Touch (availability) - (15,34,5) Touch target foe to steal up to 70 health.

oh yeah, forgot about barbed signet and channeling. Im still kinda confused about what inspiration skills to use though. Btw why soul reaping?

as I recall, Power drain gains you energy, so cyris is ok in that respect, but SuperJ, i think with your build there you are slightly too energy intensive, and i'd advise slipping in some form of energy steal/gain.
