6) Signet of Weariness - (0,1,30) Target foe and all nearby foes lose 9 energy.
7) Purge Signet - (0,3,30) Remove all hexes and conditions from target ally. You lose 10 energy for each hex and each condition removed.
8) Mantra of Inscriptions - (10,0,20) For 78 seconds, your signet rings recharge 45% faster. I don't see why it wouldn't as is, but we have primal echoes in our team. We also have quickening zephyr. Anyone see a better way to do an energy stealer/protector?

only downside of that is the recharge times of most of your skills.

othter than that, it looks solid.

Recharge isn't a problem with Quickening Zephyr.

Consider Power Spike, Shatter Enchantment, and Energy Burn for more damage.

i have a question about perge signet

if you cast purge signet will it remove all the hexes and coditions even though you dont have enough energy for each one?

It will remove everything and can only bring your energy down to 0. That's why its smart to cast it when you have very little.

well if you cast it with low mana it doesnt take much mana though
according to that guy a few posts up
