guilds - membernames

with people having often one or more constant pve toons, and constant changing pvp toons, does it make sense to make the guildlist more like the friendslist?
so the name that is invited (and accepted) to a guild is the one that is stable and always recognisable. often i see a new name in my guild, and have to ask who they are. pvp toons........
offcourse, if they would have that pve toon deleted, then it should automaticly move to the next toon they have.

Myself, I'd like to be able to actually choose my primary character. I started playing in a pc cafe, on an account that belonged to that cafe. 100 game hours later my cd finally arrives and now... I have to delete my character, but at least I can keep all the loot right? So I log in my account and the pc cafe account on two pcs side by side and transfer all my loot then delete the pc cafe character.
I was in a hurry to start my real game so I made a quick character "smellybollocks" (example only) and rushed through pre-sear to get to storage and get my items. Then I rushed home and started working on Doctor Slugfly... But my name in the guild is now Smelly Bollocks... I want Doctor Slugfly... I hope since DrSlug is the second character I made, that when I delete Smelly Bollocks, DrSlug will become the primary... but how can I know?

I think it would be better to get to choose a static Guild handle. I mean, Guilds are supposed to be somewhat of a big deal, right? I don't think an extra screen between choosing to accept the Guild Invite in which you type your static handle and maybe some other personal info if you want and actually joining the Guild would be prohibitive.

All you need to do is hover your mouse pointer over the member name on the guild roster and it tells you the other character name, its as simple as...
And also the character name that was originally invited does remain static as the main name..

that takes some of the burden away, very nice.
still, it could be improved by taking the 'friends list' approach.

I think they should have there LVL AND CLASS BY GUILD NAME. I kinda sound dumb being officer and saying what lvl and class are you. But it should have it, because there a member of the guild and it should show everyones lvl and class, shouldnt hide things from the guild.

that would be a good idea, if you have a large guild and aren't suer who you want in a GvG battle you can just check the levels.

Most of us (atleast) have more than one character, so I still think it's good to ask if you're going GvG because they might be playing their lvl 5 at the time and how would you know they have a lvl 20? So no i'm not for the listing levels in the guild roster. Besides it's not very often that I ask anyway.
