I'm looking to sell a Gold Smiting Rod, 11-22 damage. It has a smiting requirement of 13.

It also has:
Improves Skill Recharge (8%)
Improves Casting Speed (8%)

It does not specificy that the percentage is for Smiting only, so I assume it's for everything.

My IGN is Edge Martinez. Due to time differences, first good offer in game gets it. I'll post when it's sold.

if it wouldn't have been a 13 smite requirement.. i would have been very happy to buy this for amazing prices...
