Vials of dye are worth like around 200 goldies, and for the marksamnship upgrade, i think its around 1k ?

For dyes check the dye trader for prices, markmanship upgrade is 100-300 (its only 10%).
Hale staff isnt that good, the hp upgrade for it would sell for more (expert salvage it).

ok i expert salvaged the hp+ from the staff, how much should that sell for?
i also found some (more) items on a mission:
the sheilds are pretty bad but i could go back to ascalon and sell em there.
