when back kelled the drakes it will let me change my second profession
to a mesmer i wanted to change to a w/ monk is there away .

Yes. There are 3 towns in the desert with ghosts who will let you change your secondary profession. Just find the Monk one and do his quest.

The monk profession change is in Seeker's Passage. Look it up on a map; it's in the crystal desert.
