I know I need Ecto and Feathers, but is it Vellum or Parchment that I also need?
So, let's say I have a collector's Holy Staff with a 20/20 Recharge and Casting Time for Divine Favor Skills with a +5 energy staff head and a +30 health wrapping. Would that be better than a max collector's Divine Favor rod and Healing Prayers focus?
