Wands/Staffs and Casting.

Do you need a wand or a staff equipped to cast a spell?

No, you can cast spells with any weapon, or even with no weapon.

Hmm..?? well, no... You don't... ever remembering those caster keep casting even thou they are carrying a barrel bomb or ressurection orb?

No, I haven't played yet.
