PC on Mesmer Cane with Max energy, but 14 damage

Mesmer gold cane stats... damage is 8-14 (instead of 11-22) but you get max +5 energy when enchanted (5 illusion req.). Perfect for the Illusion of Weakness Mesmer since they are always enchanted, plus it isn't possible to mod canes. How many Mesmers use their canes for attacking anyway, lol.

How much can I hold out for (max price)?

Maybe 5k tops. depends, not many illusionists.
enchanted isn't worth much. +50 hp are much more popular now.
