To The People That have been Scamed

Well i have been Scamed 2 times today and each time I have the person would logoff so you couldn't PM them, well i added both of these people to friends list and waited for them to come back on, I would bring up the friends list every once and a while. When i PMed them this "If you give me the X amount of money you scamed me for i wont report you", and as soon as i did this they handed over the money, I dont know if these were just wimps and scared, but I would try that next time

This is why trading should be carried out exclusively through some kind of centralized market area. If you want to sell, buy, or trade something, you have to go through agents, sort of like the storage agents. Individual trade windows are disasters waiting to happen, imo.

Well see these two times happed after i rushed a few ppl to droknars, so it wasnt for items, just services

Im not so sure thats really a scam. Hrm, you got ripped off, but I wouldnt say scammed. I dont really think Anet would do anything about this particular situation if you did report them. I do think you should be paid, dont get me wrong, but its not like they tricked you in any way.

For those who are really scammed, this would be worth a try. If it works, I would still report them, cause I'm an ass, and I dont like asses. Biggot? Yep.

Yep we need "Plop the Escrow" in LA or <insert ludicrous npc name here> to handle these trades LMAO

And then you get back to plop and it turns out he took off with the money and the goods
