Description: Target foe and up to two other foes near your target are struck for 10-82 lightning damage. This spell has 25% armor penetration and causes exhaustion.

Does this mean that each person is hit with that much damage or is that the total damage spread out between the targets?

Also, I've got a Ranger/Elementalist build I'm working on. Which spell do ya'll think would be better to have. Chain Lightning vs Enervating Charge?

Each target is hit with that amount.
