Just wanted to toss this out in the air. If it's been mentioned ignore me.
I personally don't post as much as I read. But seeing as there are alot of people complaining of bad groups etc, can we further improve this by generosity, perhaps lend a helping hand?
Actually what I"m proposing is that, if people that are willing to help out in missions that people are having problems with, they can drop their IGN. Better yet have a list of willing and able players. Would that work?
I already see people on specific threads willing to help. That's a start.
Some may argue that people should learn for themselves. They should make friends and build from there.
Lately I've been bored with guildwars since I don't PvP, but I found my fun in just helping people that needs help.(mostly with missions and body guard)
What are your thoughts?
just a monk.
So how helpful are you?

Yeah,
Good Point. Helping is fun, and being helped really makes the game feel like multi, in that people who help show their true character. I'm toying with starting a completely different character (Mesmer/Monk) to the one I seared, (Elementalist/Ranger) just to see how the differences affect the way I play the game. Plus, kinda like helping people in the Ascalon region b4 searing. It is fun and you get to see stuff you might'n have seen otherwise.

I help people with a mission every couple of days or so. I would help anyone with just about any mission if they asked me (except for some of the more annoying missions). I know I've received some much needed help on missions and it is always good to give back as well.

i help out people alot, when i get bored usually, i will take one of my 20's and go help people, some times you will regret it though because you will get like a 10 year old, who hads only used henchmen because he is unclear on how to form/join a group with people, once you hlp one of these, prepare to be whispered non-stop when your playing so you can go run them through everything
i've got like 3 of em now, whne i sign on i feel almost like a baby sitter or a father

Lv 18 E/Mo which often when I am bored, head back to other areas of the map I have been to and lend a helping hand. IE form a party to take on the North Wall or other location missions. Unfortunatly missed a couple of bonus on some of them but for the most part aid very well. With my fire and health skills, pretty good at keeping people alive and completing missions. Need my help?
