Did you find Oak Heart in Presearing?

Was Oakheart a quest I didn't get or did I just come across him by luck?

Do you mean the ones outside the wall? Cause there's a bunch of them out there, I haven't seen any anywhere else though.

There is one in Regent Valley on the way to Fort Ranik i believe. I don't think he's got anything to do with a quest, probably just there for the ones who explored a bit? The one i ran into had some Alo Seeds etc also around him ..

I've seen him too. Kinda forgot about him after finding the bear hunters though.

I found him too the with my first character, he dropped a blue item, which unlocked two weapon upgrades for me, at the time I didnt know what the weapon upgrades where so I was sitting here thinking WTF???

Yep he's for the ... across/beyond/after the wall quest.
