faction points?!

When i pvp i gain faction points. It says that with faction points i'am able to unlock some new things for my character. How can i do that?

HELP

You have to go to a priest of balthazar, who is in all of the major towns and some minor (yak's bend), and he will trade faction points for unlocking.

u have to get on a pve chacter to do this, hence this game forces u to play both characters.

Here:

Gain faction points by winning in arenas.
When you think you have enough, go to every big town or Yak's Bend and talk to a "Priest of Balthazar"

Note!
Everything you unlock can only be used by PvP-characters.

does the priest only appear if your area has favour?

The priest is always there, no matter who has faction.
