are people bidding on this just to salvage the +30hp upgrade because i don't see anything else particularly good on the item that would warrent a tag about bids over 100k. -1 health regen for 14% dmg sucks there just isn't any other way to put it. and then there's the req 10 marksmanship which means less dmg as well...
