How "tolerant" are people in the high-level areas?

in places like DoA it goes like "your build ain't good bye" and you get kicked
same for HA and other elite stuff

For elite area's, people are not very tolerant, they go by the strictest builds, if you cant use it, you cant play it. I found it EXTREMELY hard to find a group with my paragon in DoA, even though everyone says their over-powered in PvE.

Its not as bad as say.. a year ago.. but yeah i mean leetest areas=leetest players so ::shrug:: rofl
