I'm sure it's been asked tons of times, but I need to know what'd be a good build for the guy who can always go in first and NEVER seems to die, and can deal good damage too. Should I go with the Sword or the Axe? Healing or Protection?

Let me put it this way...

What are the long term rewards of building Strength?

What about tactics?

My idea was gonna be to build my Strength and Healing prayers to the Max, and have strong Swordsmanship and Protection prayers with it. But am I missing out by not using Tactics?

1% Armor penetration per strength. You can read up about armor penetration on this site. Tactics has no direct impact on your normal attacks, and isn't too popular. Healing prayers and strength max is impractical if not impossible; you'd have around 1 point to spend on swordsmanship, and level 10 healing prayers are sufficient. I need to say that swordsmanship is more useful then strength when maxed, because you won't do as much damage with a sword when you don't even max the attribute.
