1500-6000 would be fine

what are the conditions on the +14%?

If you can replace the grip or whatever that makes it -1 regen it'd be worth quite a bit more.

That is worth a helluva lot. Its 14% ALWAYS mod. -1 Health regen isn't too bad. The Req. is high though which might set it back a bit. I would say 100k FIRM if not more if you get the right buyer. Hopefully, you see this before you sell it for 6k.
