From Druid's Overlook u get the mission: The price of steel. U should go to the Quarrel Falls and report to Gareth Quickblade. I cannot find him! where the hell is he!

Zone into the small city/outpost Quarrel Falls. He's the only NPC in the Area with an "!" over his head.
