man 99k is pretty high for a non perfect item. i think u can get a 30 for 100k

people want it ... hell i want it ... but I am just careful with my money right now ... 40K will put a big dent in my bank. Frankly I'll let someone with a mill or so sweep this one away.

I have seen some sold for 80k.. but they are +30, perfect. Eventhough +1 might not make a different.. but the value of it drops alot...People pay alot for a +30 pommel not because they can get alot of health out of it, but they are paying for the perfection of the pommel.Therefore, u cannot really asssum that if a +30 pommel worths 80-90k then a +29 should worth very close to it 
...It doesnt work that way. To me a + 25 to 27 hp would be close enough, and I only paid 20k for them. You can't really feel the difference of an extra 3 to 4 hp on a 500 hp character. However, missing 20k compare to 90k in your bank does make it noticeable. This is my answer to you question above " why no one one this? ". People want it, but your buy- out price shows that you expect to get alot, and it drives bidders away So..good luck on your auction and happy hunting.

Yes but did u also see people dropped out at 40k??? Just because a seller put a crazy price tag on does not mean that how much the item really worth. I can put up any cappy sword up and say that I want 50 k for it. Does that mean that everyone agree with me? Not everyone think alike specially when it comes to place a value on an item.
