The LESS than mod is a strange thing to figure out. Some people really like it and others hate it. It is a perf mod on a fell with a req 8 though... I would say easy 50k or even more if you find the right buyer.

This could be worth 200K to the right buyer. Many ppl use a 15>50 and 20<50 both (and switch to either depending on their health ofcourse)

200k? i think you would have a hard time finding the right buyer for that much.

i would have expected something around 50k
