Attributes: (cost) '+' indicates Rune attributes
Fast Casting: 8+1 (37)
Domination Magic: 10+1 (61)
Illusion Magic: 2+1 (3)
Inspiration Magic: 12+4 (97)

Total attribute points used: 198/200

Skills: [Attribute] (Energy, Cast Time, Recharge TIme)
1) Echo [Illusion Magic] (5,1,30) Enchantment: For 14 seconds, Echo is replaced with the next skill you use. Echo acts as this skill for 20 seconds. This is an elite skill.

2) Debilitating Shot [none] (10,0,5) Bow Attack: If Debilitating Shot hits, your target loses 10 energy.

3) Ether Lord [Inspiration Magic] (5,2,20) Hex: You lose all energy. For 10 seconds, target foe suffers energy degeneration of 4, and you experience energy regeneration of 4.

4) Power Leak [Domination Magic] (10,0,20) Spell: If target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and target foe loses 21 energy.

5) Energy Burn [Domination Magic] (10,2,20) Spell: Target foe loses 9 energy and takes 8 damage for each point of energy lost.

6) Ether Feast [Inspiration Magic] (5,2,8) Spell: Target foe loses 5 energy. You are healed 29 for each point of energy lost.

7) Energy Tap [Inspiration Magic] (5,3,20) Spell: Steal 15 energy from target foe.

8) Blackout [Domination Magic] (10,1,10) Skill: For 6 seconds, all of target foe's skills are disabled, and all of your skills are disabled for 5 seconds.

Just wondering, would this be a competent PvP build? Obviously, go Echo -> Debilitating Shot. During this time I would have a bow out and get off like 4 or 5 debils. After I take the energy to 0, stick on Ether Lord so they can't regen and switch to cane + offhand. Then I can focus on another monk with Energy Tap -> Power Leak -> Energy Burn and use Blackout as a last-resort shutdown. I just stuck Ether Feast in there as a self-heal, just in case monks are dead. This would probably be the spell substituted for Res Signet if needed. So would this work?

Yeah, good skillset for pvp. Sounds good on paper; if it works or not, you can test.
