Looking for PvP items in Role Playing game!

Need some answers please! I am looking for two PvP items in the role playing portion of the game. I am aware that they can be found by collectors, but I do not have much of an idea where or if this is true! I am looking for:

PvP Tower Shield
Armor 16 strength
Health +45 while Enchanted
Received Damage -2 While Enchanted

&

PvP Healing Ankh
Energy +12 Healing Prayers
Armor +5 While Enchanted
Health +45 While Enchanted

I believe you can only get PvP items in a PvP-only character and there is no way of transfering it over.

Pvp only items are basically perfect modded versions of pve items. You can't find collectors for them; that's why they cost 100k.

talk to the collectors from the crystal desert onwards, they will offer the pvp EQUIVALENT weapons etc, not all of them can be found yet, for example the protection prayers and healing prayers (20%/20%) staves in particular are still giving "pvp only" characters a distinct advantage.
