Have this ever happened to you?

I never really notice how bad the item retrieval system was until this happened to me.

It didn't just happen to me on this mission , my other party mates lost 2 gold armor , and 3 purple armor on these evil towers! For some reason few guys on the towers were dropping more purples , gold , and blue than all of the guys on the ground combined... but there was no way for us to get these items. We were hoping that we would receive these items after the mission with that pop up thing that allows you to get items that you have missed , however as we all know that system never works.

I think the system should allow you to retrieve items that was assigned to you , but was missed and no one picked up no matter how much time has passed. This would also help alleviate the problem with the tiny and increasingly crowded inventories that we all have.

Lol, I never even thought of using it! I'm king of the castle! I think I'll do that as soon as I get home from work; kill one of the guards, then port up there and /taunt the other one before killing him. Then I just have to remember to leave a corpse down below to go back to

Actually had that same thing happen with my ranger. Rare bow dropped up there and i was mad cause i figured i wouldnt get it. I clicked on it for fun and actually picked it up.

I believe that height has very little significance with item pickup or attacking (henchies on a bridge attack guys 100 feet below them).

i always get a window that pops up after finishing a mission...it has all the uncollected items

you guys dont? maybe that's another perk of the collector's edition...i have 12 in Divine Aura!! wewt!

We all get those, but they only include items that were still assigned to you at the end of the mission, not those that were assigned, but enough time passed that they became available to anyone.

This also happened to me, I was so annoyed.

Yeah it happened to me, I got a gold armor up there.

So I used necrotic transversal with my necro and actually got up on the tower. Got screenshots here somewhere.

Only problem was I couldn't get down.

unless they did something to it. but ive gotten items from top towers before. (from the ground)

you just click on it and it does retrieve it from below. just like it lets you attack the enemies from below the towers (ie w/ swords/melee).

I had something that was similar but I didn't notice the dropped rare item and I just walked passed it. Some guy just stood there saying he was going to the bathroom and picked it up once enough time passed and he got a Rune of Major Vigor. >.<
