The Best Shutdown Build!

I was wondering if any of you guys would tell me a good shutdown build for guildwars. Conditions: It must b a mesmer primary and it must not be a build from the website unless its really good.

Look in the build discussion place, search their for shutdown, and poof 50 builds for shutdowns.

Apparently it can't be from the website. But then the ones posted would be on this website.
