Not very much; looks like a collector's item.

The -1 regen is a BIG BIG BIG Drawback. Without that it would be worth alot, but the fact you can get better ones at collectors make this a crappy symbol (only energy +8, too).

it is a collector symbol. there are better ones than that from collectors also.
