Whatever the current price of a sigil is. Just go to Lion's Arch, go to the docks and board the boat. Then go to any guild hall and talk to the sigil trader. Voila, sigil price.

I only had to pay 20k, and someone else on my guild payed 40k -this was around 2 weeks ago, so the price has fluctuated.
