WTS: Guild Hall (see inside for details)

I am selling a guild with a guild hall, and guild capes. On purchase, the buyer will receive the status of "Guild Leader" (where that player is promoted to the guild leader in the guild, giving him/her full control over the guild), and will from then on own the guild and have full control over it. The guild has no members, and has no wins or losses in GvG. The guild cape, which costs 2 platinum to buy, is a picture of the sword and vines (in gold) with red flames and a deeper red background (these colors change in different lighting, on occasion). The guild hall is castle-like (I forget the name of it, but it has lots of stones and is like a fortress).

The price of the guild is set at a buyout of 15k. (This is to make it affordable for those who may not be able to buy a guild hall with their current gold supplies, or to people who do not want to spend the full amount of a celestial sigil).

The name of the guild is "Anonymous Elite" and the abbreviation of the guild is [AE]. There are no members, currently.

The trade will be on a trust basis. I will make the buyer a member. I will then receive the money, and then the buyer will be promoted to "Guild Leader". I will then quit the guild, and it will be left to the buyer.

Before buying the guild, you may become a guild member to inspect it (if you want to).

If you are interested in buying the guild, but have questions, suggestions, or requests for a change in the manner of exchange, I am open minded.
