Does anyone know what to do with Orrian's Text? It is a two-handed carry item found in a chest by a shipwreck near Krytna.

It's a quest item needed to complete that mission's subquest. Once you have it, you have to take it back to the 'marketplace' area outside of Lion's Arch, there's an NPC that will take it from you.
