Imo the sword is quite good, its off from max dmg by 1 point but it makes up for it with the 14% dmg mod. The req is ONLY 7, probably the best req for such stats. I would assume this sword to be good for secondary warriors so you dont have to put too many attribute points to sword.
The shield is good too, because of its low req, but not only that, it also has some rare mods, thats a total of -4 dmg, and has low req.
I am selling these seperate or together if you prefer.
