hey im new to putting photos on. I resized my photo to fit requirements. When I try to upload it says must be lower than 19.5KB and mine is like 900.5KB. How do I lower this dramaticaly?

ok i made 640x480 and put on PB but they come up 250x188 or w/e how i make biggger?

To have it appear on PB the correct size, change the resolution quality when you save the pic. I use JPG setting at 80% compression/resolution quality, and it usually comes out. I believe there is a notice there that tells you what file sizes will be automatically resized.

PB max file size is 250kb per file. All larger pics will be reduced.

Check the stickies. There are programs you can use to alter dimensions of images and convert them to .jpg versions for lower file size.
