maybe 10-15k to the right byer. BUt if your a war using stances the collectors shield is alot better.

I try to sell shields like this for 3k to people who specifically ask for health in a stance. They turn it down without a moment's thinking (of course these are strength shields). Considering that the collector's shield you mentioned is better in every aspect, there's no way you could sell this one for 10-15k even to a delirious person.

Also since the collector for that shield wanted an item that was heavily farmed by monks in the past, there's plenty in circulation.
