Party Rejoin

They have a function like that in City of Heroes. If you drop you can rejoin the mission, task force when you reconnect. Usually outside the mission zone.
I see it working for GW(except being put outside the mission). I also see the chance for abuse. If they reconnect time is too long, players could disconnect and wait, reconnect towards the end of the mission and complete it with the help of a high level friend. Make the time too short, and a reboot may take too long and they can't get back into the mission.
There are pro's and con's but I think it would work.

We can only hope. I would love for people to be able to rejoin missions and world instances. Arenas are a different case though. If you're gone, you're gone.
And to those who would like to talk about griefers who would leave at the begining then rejoin at the end, let me point out a few things:
1. They have no idea how long it will take. They can guess, but they can't be certain they're rejoining just near the end.
2. Griefers can do a lot worse than this by sabotaging an entire mission by being "that guy". Or just afk'ing. Implementing this gives them a different way of being dicks, but none the less, it's no improvement over their past methods (and it's not like ANet has produced a solution to other methods).
