I just got my first character to Drok and bought the plate armor, to my dissapointment plate armor seems to not be available to PVP made characters. I was wondering if this is ever going to be changed or if i am going to have to find a good pvp build and get them all the way to drok for plate armor. well thanks.

Plate Armor
Derk Pryde
Algren Cole
start new character -> gain 3 levels in pre in 15 minutes -> go to post-sear -> get rushed to beacons in 15 minutes -> get someone to run you to droknar.
entire process would take you 35 minutes tops.

Ensign
Platemail and PvP Wyvern armor are statistically identical.

How about also adding fellblades, crystal sword, magmas and shadow shields to the selections for PvP characters?

If he wants different and/or fancy looks, then he has to grind the PvE world. If, for whatever irradical reason, anet decides to satisfy his demand by adding platemail set to pvp characters, there is nothing stopping him from asking for a fellblade instead of a short sword for pvp characters.
Pretty soon, we'll have as much variety in PvP characters as the PvE ones, except it is easier to add perfect mods to pvp items by unlocking. This should make pvers really happy.
