WTB collectors air wand

If you can tell me where it is, I can probably get it for you, because I need this item too-- just started an Ele char. Just feel too lazy to run a search for it right now. The only one I remember is the collector directly outside Droknar's Forge, Talus Chute exit. He wants 5 feathered avicara scalps for it. Conveniently, a pack of them spawns right up the hill from the collector so you can farm them repeatedly.

Good luck farming tengu, they're vicious...but I know it can be done solo with warrior, monk, ranger and elementalist if you have the right skillset. I've never known anyone to solo them as necro or mesmer.
