I have this skill, I havn't really tried it out tho. Can someone tell me how to use it well because I dont really know. Should I cast it when you have alot lower health than your target?

Cast it on enemies that have huge amount of life (much more than yours, such as Glint and Guild Lord)
Against some bosses it can do 500+ damage.

Glint is a dragon, the one at the end of Dragons Lair.
Grenths Balance can come in useful if you're near death - cast it on the healthiest thing you can see. Casting it on bosses at the start of a fight normally yields 300-400 damage.
You just need to learn to judge life on targets. Remember it's a 2-way thing, if you have more life than the target, it damages you and heals them.
IMO there are better elites for Necromancers anyway - but it has it's uses.
