Well dude thats a nice staff, but its only really useful for an N/E that uses both curses and earth magic. I would say that conservatively makes up about 1% of GW players. You should salvage. The head goes for 25k or the wrap would go for at least 10k.
Of course you could just end up with wood planks if you salvage, and that does suck. But its worth a shot, cause it'll be hard to sell that as is.
