Furious Twin Hammer of Enchanting

Blunt Dmg: 18-33
Damage +12% (while health > 50%)
Double Adrenaline on hit (5% chance)
Enchantments last 12% longer

Just curious to how much it would be worth - from the looks of it, the +12% dmg seems to be the best mod on it.
