You create a Ward Against Foes at your location. For 8-18 seconds, enemies in this area move 50% slower.


Do skills that say 'move 50% slower' just mean movement, or attacking as well?

Whooomp whooomp. Haha. I think that skill is kinda silly, cause your enemy can just walk right out the circle. Grasping earth is much better cause it's cheaper, faster, and lasts longer; as long as you and your team mates use elemental damage.

Side opinion: I think the best ward is against melee. It does wonders
