Considering the mods, 100k is a very generous offer. Of course just about anybody wants either a chaos axe or a sephis axe...but still. I'd personally take the 100k, but you might get a better offer if you advertise enough. Plus, it's not like the offer is going to go away unless another person finds a sephis axe of this calibur

Sephis can go for 250k if you ask me.

Most likely more actually 250k to 400k. Low requirement, and 14%>HP.
