This suggestion is simple, so simple it makes my head hurt.
During the infusion run at Iron Mines of Muladune, we got the Essence, and the Warrior who had it decided to go AFK, on purpose - simply awesome. I have heard other stories as well, of people holding the Essence and demanding payment - also awesome. AWESOME IF YOU'RE GRIEFER. If you're not a griefer, than it's pretty irritating.
1) Make it so that the Eidolon drops 1 Essence for everyone (i.e. each person picks up their own Essence and returns it).
OR
2) Make it so that even if one person is holding the Essence (which means the Eidolon is dead) that anyone can talk to the Seer thereafter to get the armor infused.
Infusion woes.

While I understand your pain... I've never seen anything like this happen to me during that mission.
Make sure you careful who you group with... since the run only takes 5 mins redo it.
I understand your annoyed, but this happens sometimes in games.
Adding a /kick function to remove griefing players would be better.

Yesterday a Guildmate, me and 2 random people were doing just the infusion (I had bought a new headgear and my guildmate a complete new armor that needed to be infused). We ran those 2 through, without problem, but after the cutscene both of them died to the azurs. We didn't bring res with us, because normally noone dies so we took sprint skills instead...
We infused our armor and then redo the run for them. There are often people that just want to do the run, shouldn't be that much of a problem to find some...
Allthough I must admit I'm a very lucky person. Noone ever did something like this to me.
