Yea i was wondering what a good build would be for going to the under world and fissure? I have seen many trapers do good but iam not impressed with the ranger other than that i was considering ranger as a secondary profession but not sure what to do??? Just wanting to farm there really thats all that char will be used for.

Any person can join a group to farm. All that really matters is your pt configuration and skill choice.
Solo farming, can't be done, really.
Your choice. Not many people basing character jobs off of whether they can farm or not though... perhaps you should make a few runs through each area and see which jobs you would -enjoy- the most in UW/FoW.

as u mentioned farming smites run came up to my mind. build a 4 man party: one totally defensive skilled tank using stances and wards if hes ele as second profession pulling and taking the WHOLE dmg, one prot monk using prot spirit (!), aegis etc, one healer and one aoe fire ele for the dmg. thats all. drops devided by only 4 persons, hf gl

It's possible to get to smites solo(unless they have changed something recently). Is it efficient? No. Takes forever.

yea true but the people u kill has no effect on the drops?

i wonder how u solo those aatxes. if its really possible i bet it takes aeons to get em down.

the drops r the same with 4 man as with 8 i believe.. the only difference is going with 4 u get double as much.
