Half moon has the best fire rate (along with short bow), and though its range is rather low, it is one of the most rare and coolest looking of the bows.
As far as pure damage per hit is concerned, the horn bow is your best bet as it has inherent 10% armor penetration. That is offset by a crappy fire rate and not very good accuracy.

Sorry to steer the thread away a bit but why is this bow going to such high amounts?
I bought this one for 190K and it seems superior to me. What makes this one worth more than double mine? I'd appreciatte it if someone were to educate me.

Perfection is what makes the other so costly. While yours is 14% Always, even a 15% always Half Moon with -10 armor isnt as good as 15>50. Why? Because you can switch your weapons. So, using a 15>50 and a 20<50 makes much more sense than using a 15% always with a -10 armor penalty.
And the prices of Perfect weapons are volatile depending on the bidders. This could have sold for 200K if there were not many bidders, and would have gone over the roof if there had been two rich bidders aiming for it.
And about the mods on your bow,....the hype about the 5:1 string has dropped. A Simple zealous string is as effective as a costly 5:1.
