The only people that would buy this are ones who want to salvage it since it has no damage mods...
I'd price it at 10-15k.
Alternatively, if you want to salvage out the health pommel and succeed in getting it, you could sell it for 20-25k. I sold a 25 one the other day for 10k, which got taken quick. If you put it up for 20k or a little less, you'll sell it at a respectable rate.
