Beta Event Delayed?

Hey, here it is 12:20 am April 15th and i am getting the message that there is no Beta event running while trying to log in. Is anyone else out there getting the same message? I am on the East coast Eastern Standard Time. Just wanted to know if anyone has heard about a delay.

Um. Beta for eastern times starts at around 3:00 a.m.

You need to wait until 3am on east coast. No worries...it will get here.

Remember that it is 12:00 am Pacific time or ArenaNet time. In this case you will have to wait till 3:00 am!

I am waking up at 4:30 in the morning so i can play......I have to geo to school

However, I bought this laptop for the express purpose of wireless gaming. The school just put in high speed wifi all over campus.

Isn't it one hour? I do belive the beta countdown timer is wrong becuase it doesn't account for daylight savings.

2 am - central
3 am - caster coast
