Beta Event Delayed?

Hey, here it is 12:20 am April 15th and i am getting the message that there is no Beta event running while trying to log in. Is anyone else out there getting the same message? I am on the East coast Eastern Standard Time. Just wanted to know if anyone has heard about a delay.

Um. Beta for eastern times starts at around 3:00 a.m.

Yeah it sucks, but im staying up.

12midnight PST (pacific standard time)

You need to wait until 3am on east coast. No worries...it will get here.

Remember that it is 12:00 am Pacific time or ArenaNet time. In this case you will have to wait till 3:00 am!

However, I bought this laptop for the express purpose of wireless gaming. The school just put in high speed wifi all over campus.

Yeah I have to be in class, but I'll be checkin out the new area from the april gameplay movie all day!

Isn't it one hour? I do belive the beta countdown timer is wrong becuase it doesn't account for daylight savings.

Midnight - west coast
1 am - mid west
2 am - central
3 am - caster coast
