WTS: Guild - yes guild

Guild Hall and very nice Guild cape.

Why?
I want to start a new guild and have enough money for a guild hall.

What about members:
2 officers and about a 20 or more members [a third is active. I have been booting inactive members]

It is up to you if want to keep them or boot them. If you boot them, they get a free pass to my future new guild.

Buy Out? Not guaranteed. Just offer. I may still have a change of heart.

How we do this?
Pay 1/3 up front/membership
Pay 1/3 when promoted to officer
Pay 1/3 once promoted to owner.

We can use third party if you like.

But guild prices dont go really high. Most prices is equivalent to rare weapons [unless you really have an active guild with several level 20 members].

Why?
How are you so sure that everyone won't leave soon as the person pays the money for an empty guild?
Also how is he positive that you won't kick him out of the guild if he pays?
What is the guilds name?

I don't like this thread, there isn't enough information and for the amount of money that can be exchanged that can just be stolen without a thought I am closing this thread.
