I tryed doing the normal way, lots of sacrifice skills but it didn't worked so I invented a new very easy neromancer way do beat the miror.
equip:
Signet of Agony - Signet
Sacrifice 10% of maximum health and suffer from bleeding. All nearby foes take 10-37 damage.
Chilblains - Spell
You become diseased for 3-13 seconds. Nearby foes are struck for 10-37 cold damage and lose one enchantment.
Defile Flesh - Hex Spell
Sacrifice 20% of maximum health. For 8-18 seconds, target foe receives only two-thirds benefit from healing.
Plague Sending - Spell
Sacrifice 10% of maximum health. Transfer one negative condition from yourself to target foe and all adjacent foes.
Plague Touch - Skill
Transfer a negative condition from yourself to target touched foe.
eqip only these skills
now start with using signet of agony and just start by using Plague Touch and start to use another one each time the mirror starts transfering the conditions to you
very easy win at 1-3 times+bonus
try it and tell me what you think
new necro way to beat the droppelganger

I honestly don't see a new way of beating your mirror, maybe a new way of delivering the finishing bunch of damage...
You're still trying to get him to sacrifice his health down, as evidently with Defile Flesh. You're also bleeding and diseasing yourself first, and giving the mirror the skills to give it back to you. If we learned anything from the sand giants, it's that monsters will instantly use plague touch to transfer a condition to you.
So in the end, it becomes a condition transfer war with plague touch, which the mirror will most likely win because they have more energy supposedly. They would also be hitting you really hard in between the plague touches.
I honestly don't know what was wrong with letting them sacrifice themselves down to near nothing and tapping them once... I've never known a necro or a secondary necro to fail at using this technique.
